Get the right amount of iron and get back to feeling like you again.

When treating iron deficiency, it is important that you are receiving the recommended amount of elemental iron. Your body will require 100mg – 200mg of elemental iron per day to correct your iron levels.

Maltofer contains 100mg of elemental iron per tablet, providing you with the right dose to help correct your iron levels.

Controlled absorption

Maltofer iron is absorbed by the body in an active and controlled manner. Maltofer‘s active ingredient, iron polymaltose, ensures your body only absorbs the iron that it needs when it is needed, providing reliable correction of iron levels.

You can take Maltofer with food

With common iron treatments (like ferrous sulfate or ferrous fumerate), even simple foods/drinks like tea, coffee, chocolate, milk and wheat can interfere with the iron absorption.  These products are generally recommended to be taken on an empty stomach.

Maltofer can be taken with or without food at any time of day, and absorption of the iron will not be affected.
